Together we’re embarking on a joint Health and Social Care Strategy and we’ll be encouraging local people and communities to share their views and concerns and join us in helping to shape new ways of working.
We want to develop proposals that will help us navigate a way through the huge challenges we face – growing demands for services from an ageing population living with more complex illnesses; inequalities in how and where Somerset residents can access health and social care; and a huge financial deficit if we do nothing.
